The planning and production of the 100 Men Who Cook Black Tie Fundraiser is volunteer-driven. The 100 MWC makes every attempt to utilize the time of individuals efficiently because of the realization that most people volunteering for this gala are also giving to other efforts. This fundraiser is a constantly evolving project that is produced with the goal of making an impact on the Denver metro community by supporting grassroots organizations that educate, develop and nurture youth. Each individual that takes on a segment of this major event must execute determined responsibilities and tactics to completion. The 100 MWC understands that circumstances can change and ask that you notify either the Chairperson of the committee on which you serve, or a member of the executive staff. This agreement, while not a binding contract, is a document acknowledging your understanding of the commitment you are making.

This form will serve as your registration as an Ambassador, in addition to registering your single guest for this year’s Black Tie fundraiser. As a registered Ambassador, you’re reduced admission ticket price is $50.00. In addition, you are required to purchase a $50.00 discounted ticket for your guest. We accept cash and checks for Chef Guest tickets and can be purchased at any Committee Members meeting.


This form will also serve as your registration as an Ambassador ONLY for this year’s Black Tie fundraiser.
